Hamilton-Ryker Acquires Houston-Based Steverson Staffing and iSymphony

Hamilton-Ryker has acquired iSymphony, Inc., a cloud based VMS/MSP provider and Steverson Staffing, Inc. in Houston, Texas.

Kelly McCreight, President of Hamilton-Ryker, stated “This is an exciting and strategic acquisition that will diversify our Information Technology offerings and provide the gateway into the VMS/MSP market.” The iSymphony staff will remain in place and will continue to operate as a vendor-neutral stand-alone company, iSymphony LLC.”

McCreight added “Due to its 35 year history in Houston, Steverson has strong name recognition which will help us to accelerate our growth in that market. The Steverson staff will remain in place and continue to operate under the Steverson brand.

About iSymphony
iSymphony, formed in 2004, is a full-cycle Vendor Management System (VMS)/Managed Service Provider (MSP) that facilitates the entire contingent procurement and management process from the creation of a requisition through the processing of vendor remittances. The company also provides compliance and payrolling services.

Keith Patel, President of iSymphony for the last four years, will continue as President of iSymphony.
