Salary/Hourly rate	$12.00 - $15.00 / hour
Job Description	Our client has an immediate need for a Helpdesk Technician to handle Tier 1 trouble calls from end users. The hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm (CST), and the environment is business casual.
Required Skills	Must have PC break/fix experience (A+ certification a plus) Must have Networking experience (Network + certification a plus) Must have solid experience supporting MS Outlook Must have solid experience supporting MS Office Suite Must have working knowledge of Active Directory Must have strong customer service skills
