| Job Description | Responsible for interacting with multiple vendors and determine the most appropriate way to resolve technical issues within the IT/Telephony environment. This position is part of a lab that supports a complex voice communications services. These services are provided through an enterprise-wide network that includes Nortel, Windows Servers, UNIX and Cisco equipment. |
| Required Skills | -Experienced with change and configuration management process, including patch implementation and administration, and tests each patch before it is deployed. -Maintain current and previous configurations of various Windows, Unix, Cisco, and Nortel software in an excel spreadsheet. -Responsible for managing on-going configuration changes on the TMP network, all TMP sub-systems, OSSs, and adjunct systems, including hardware and software. -Knowledgeable and experienced with Nortel Helmsman Documentation. Previous experience with trouble shooting DMS-100 faults helpful. -Familiarity with DMS-100 switching systems operations, administration and routine maintenance is a plus. |
