Angela Friedli - Nashville, TN

Angela Friedli joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2007 as its new training manager in the Nashville office. Friedli brings over six years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, along with an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology. She also earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certificate in 2006.

Angela’s work history includes developing and conducting training workshops for employees and sales staff, implementing and managing new projects, developing staff and training manuals, among other duties. A resident of Hermitage, Tenn., Friedli enjoys spending free time outdoors, with water skiing, snowboarding, and horseback riding among her favorite activities.

Dannyelle Rendon - Martin, TN

Dannyelle Rendon is a 2005 graduate of Bethel College.  She obtained a degree in Organizational Management, and accomplished the title of Magna Cum Laud.

In 2000, Dannyelle joined the Hamilton-Ryker Company as an Area Manager.  Dannyelle came to Hamilton-Ryker with a wealth of training and management experience.  She has been responsible for 150 branches & 9 corporate trainers as the Training Director for TCF Financial.  In addition, she has held the position of Team Coordinator of the Training Department for Bank of America, responsible for new hire and continuous education training for 75 branches. 

Dannyelle is involved with Tennessee Scholars and works with several schools and Education Edge on introducing interviewing, new hire paperwork, etc. to Juniors and Seniors.  She is also active with Rotary, Chambers and a member of the Iris Festival Executive Board.  When needing time of her own, she enjoys walking.  She spends much time with her children: daughter, Kayla - 19; and son, Tyler - 16.  They reside in Dresden, TN.

Dedra Walker - Corinth, MS

Dedra Walker attended Northeast MS Community College & University of TN of Martin.  She obtained CTS in May 1996.  Dedra joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1986 after working as a temporary on assignment at one of Hamilton-Ryker's clients, Superior Fireplace in March 1986.  She then started as receptionist in August 1986, moving through the ranks from receptionist, payroll clerk, and accounting manager from her hire date in 1986 up until 1991.  From 1991 to present she has been in the field offices, starting as branch manager of Corinth/Iuka.  She went from that office, to Corinth, MS where she grew in her positions from Area Manager, to Regional Vice President, then Vice President of Operations, and now oversees Hamilton-Ryker of Corinth, LLC.

Dedra has been a Rotarian since 1991, as well as Treasurer and President Elect of Northeast MS Crimestoppers Board of Director.  She is the past President of Downtown Association. Dedra is also a involved with Members of Prentiss & Alcorn County Human resource Committees.  Dedra has held the Top Sales Award for many years, Employee of the Year, as well as Branch of Excellence and Performance for many years straight.

Aside from working and being very active in the community, Dedra loves spending time with family and friends.  She loves all sports including, basketball, water skiing, and softball; as well as working with the horses and animals on her farm in Michie, TN.  She is a proud mother of one daughter, Lauren Elizabeth, a Senior at MS State 2006-2007.

Janet Deerman - Smyrna, TN

Janet began her career with Hamilton-Ryker in 2000 after working with Bankers Trust of New York/MetLife for eight years as a Client Service Representative.  She initially joined Hamilton-Ryker as an Operations Manager.  Quickly, proving her strengths, Janet was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager and then into her current role as Project Manager of Hamilton-Ryker's Outsourcing Division, PSG (Process Solutions Group.) The PSG Division provides complete outsourcing solutions in the area of business services, warehousing, logistics, and packaging.

From the time Janet started with Hamilton-Ryker to now, she has earned many certifications, allowing her to perform her job with utmost knowledge and confidence.  Janet has completed Reasonable Suspicion Training as well as Microsoft Office Training.  She has also completed Client Service and Management courses including Sexual Harassment, Coaching and Counseling, Conflict Resolution and Teambuilding.  She is a Certified Drug Screen On-Site Collector and Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).

Janet keeps an active lifestyle outside of work by riding motorcycles and camping.  She is married to Jim Deerman and is a proud mother of three children, Jake (27), Hal (21), and Allye (12), as well as a grandmother to Emma (6).  Janet and husband reside in Murfreesboro, TN.

Jennifer Hendricks - Georgetown, KY

Jennifer Hendricks is a 1995 graduate of the University of Kentucky.  She has a degree in Business with a marketing concentration.  Jennifer joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1998 after working as a staffing recruiter and placement specialist for Olsten Staffing.  There she staffed a new hire project of over 800 temp to hire employees for a major automotive plant in Georgetown, KY.  She has progressed through our company, starting as a Business Development Manager, moving up to an Area Manager and now oversees Hamilton-Ryker of Bluegrass.

Jennifer is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.  She serves on the Economic Development Committee for Georgetown-Scott County as well as on the YMCA Board.  She is the former VP for New Membership Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Campaign Chair for United Way Georgetown.  Jennifer is a graduate of the Georgetown Leadership Program, not to mention being a past Steering Committee member of the Georgetown Leadership Program.  She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Central KY. In addition to her professional community involvement, Jennifer is involved personally with the Kiwanis and has served as their treasurer since 2003.

When she is not at one of her many professional or community activities, Jennifer enjoys swimming and boating. She and Michael reside in Lexington, KY along with their two dogs (Sam and Sadie, both boxers) and two cats (Mr. Chaucer and Miss Emily).  She is a proud aunt of two nephews and a niece.

Kay Rogers - McKenzie, TN

Kay Rogers graduated with a B.A. degree in Accounting from Baylor University and Ouachita Baptist University in May 1967.  Kay joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2002 as a Branch Manager of the McKenzie office and is now Branch Manager of both the McKenzie and Paris offices.

Kay's career background, before teaming with Hamilton-Ryker, includes 14 years as a Human Resource Manager and 3 years as a Human Resource Specialist. Her success is not limited to her career; Kay has been awarded with Carroll County Leadership.  She is also active with the Relay for Life. 

Kay is a proud wife, mother to a son and daughter and grandmother to 2 grandchildren.  When not playing with her grandchildren, Kay enjoys working with her plants. She and her husband,  Jeff,  reside in Henry, TN.

LaDona L. Russom - Corporate

LaDona joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2001, after working 12 years as Vice President of Operations for Office Products, Inc.   LaDona began her career with Hamilton-Ryker as an administrative assistant.  She was promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager in 2003.

LaDona is very active in the community, both personally and professionally.  She served three years as Chairperson for the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee and served two years on the City of Martin Planning Commission.  She currently serves as the Chairperson of the Weakley County Workforce Employer Outreach Committee by the TN Department of Labor and serves on the Advisory Council for the TN Technology Center BST Center.

LaDona is married to Brad Russom and have two children, Monica Davidson and Ryan Russom.  They reside in Rutherford, TN.

Lindsay Hodge - LaVergne, TN

Lindsay Hodge is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. In 2002, she received her Bachelor's of Behavioral Science, majoring in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Lindsay, shortly after graduating, began her career with Hamilton-Ryker in 2003 as Staffing Coordinator.

While at Hamilton-Ryker, Lindsay has received the Team Member of the Quarter award and has now been promoted to Branch Manager for the LaVergne, TN office.

Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and son and loves UT Football. She and her family reside in Nashville, TN and are active members of their church.

Lucy Martin - Selmer, TN

Lucy Martin joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1992 after meeting one of our Hamilton-Ryker personnel at a Partners in Business function.  She came to Hamilton Ryker with six years experience as a Personnel Manager in Human Resources.   She started with Hamilton-Ryker in temporary administration, moved to Staffing Coordinator and is now serving as Branch Manager.

Lucy is very involved in the community and public service both personally and professionally.  She has been the Secretary for the Rotary Club since 2002, has served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce for three years and has served on the United Way disbursement committee for two years.  She is also involved in the Human Resources Manager’s Association where she is a past President and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Workforce Employers Outreach Committee.  Lucy is also on the Advisory Board of McNairy County Schools and an Alderman of Eastview.  In addition, she has been publicly recognized with the Barracuda Award- three times and has completed Zig Ziglar's "See You At The Top”; Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”

When not engrossed with community and professional commitments, Lucy spends time reading, enjoying her family and following her grandchildren in their sports endeavors.  She and her husband, Carroll, reside in Eastview, TN.  She is a proud mother of four sons (Marty, Darrin, Barry, and Wade) and five grandchildren (Lauren, Jon, Meagan, Riley, and J.T.) who continuously make her smile.

Melody Dycus Caldwell - Covington, TN

Melody joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1998 as a staffing coordinator in Martin, TN after working in business management and operations for six years.   Since then she has excelled through the ranks of Staffing Coordinator, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager and Area Manager in offices that include Martin, Paducah, Union City, Dyersburg, Ripley and Covington. Melody now oversees Hamilton-Ryker of Covington, LLC  in October of 2004.

Outside of work, Melody is greatly involved in her community.  She has been on both the Board of Directors for Youth Leadership as well as the Board of Directors for Adult Leadership since 2003 and is part of the Tipton County Chamber Board of Directors.  She is part of the Exchange Club and serves on the Advisory Board for the TN Tech. Center and is active with Relay for Life and Fair Committee.  She is a 2000 Graduate of "Total", as well as a 2002 Graduate of "Leadership Lauderdale".  Melody attended Dyersburg State and The University of TN at Martin concentrating in Business Management. She obtained her CTS in September 2002.

When Melody is not busy with work or public service, she spends time with her family.  She also enjoys swimming, boating, and reading.  She and husband Jay, along with son, Luke, reside in Ripley, TN.

Michelle Morehead - Corporate

Michelle began her career with Hamilton-Ryker in 1993 as a Communications & Electronics Representative.  Michelle has worked as HR Payroll Specialist, AP/AR/Payroll Specialist, Mega Force Payroll Manager, and HR Payroll Manager.  She is now Hamilton-Ryker's Payroll/Credit & Collections Manager. 

Michelle's personal interest revolves around racing.  She lives in Martin, Tennessee near Hamilton-Ryker's corporate office.  Her only child is her Miniature Pomeranian.

Misty Bergeron - Baton Rouge, LA

Misty Bergeron joined Hamilton-Ryker in 2007 and is  in charge of overseeing the expansion of operations into Baton-Rouge, LA  with a primary focus on staffing for industrial and manufacturing companies.

A native of the New Orleans suburbs, Misty began her career in the industry in 1998 as a staffing specialist in Hammond, Louisiana. After converting many large prospects to clients while helping to grow existing accounts, she was promoted to branch manager of two offices and helped direct their successful merger in 2004. Covering an expansive three-parish territory in southern Louisiana, Misty led her branch through many record-breaking months and years.

Having been a very active member of several chambers of commerce, Misty plans the same in the Baton Rouge area as well as work with many local charitable, community and business organizations. Misty and her husband Ronnie have two children, Kaine Michael and Brenon Russel. In her spare time, she enjoys PTA involvement with her children’s school, raising and breeding chameleons and fishing with her husband.

Phil Thrasher - Birmingham, AL

Phil Thrasher, Jr. graduated with "Distinction" from the University of Alabama in May 1997. There he received his Bachelors of Science degree majoring in marketing with an emphasis in international marketing. He minored in Spanish and computer science. Phil joined Hamilton-Ryker in April 2007 and oversees Hamilton-Ryker Birmingham.

Phil got his start in the industry as a technical recruiter and worked his way up to Sales Manager at TEKsystems. He comes to Hamilton-Ryker with 10 years experience in IT Staffing. His knowledge of the staffing arena has not only earned him a great reputation, but allows him the opportunity to ensure that his office in Birmingham becomes a major player.

Away from the office, Phil enjoys playing flag football with a championship team, bowling in a weekly league, working in the yard, and spending time with his family. Phil and his wife and children are active members in their church. The family resides in Chelsea, AL.

Ronnie Cook - Corporate

Ronnie joined Hamilton-Ryker in January of 2000.  He began his career with Hamilton-Ryker as a Staffing Supervisor and earned the title of a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.   He was promoted to Operations Manager in January 2006.

Ronnie has earned the certification of EMT-IV and utilizes it as a volunteer emergency medical technician.  In addition, he coaches Little League Baseball.  While not volunteering or coaching, Ronnie is active with golfing, hunting, boating, competing in BBQ cook-offs, and spending time with his family.  He and his wife, Michelle, along with their three children, Karsen, Kendal and Keaton, reside in Greenfield, TN.

Shelly Jones – Milan, TN

Shelly Jones attended Jackson State and Dyersburg State Community College.  She joined Hamilton-Ryker after working in accounting and management for six years.  Shelly began her career with Hamilton-Ryker in February 1997 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Staffing Supervisor just four months later. She went on to become the Office Manager of Milan in 1999 and transferred to Jackson as their Office Manager that next year.  As Jackson was focused on Medical, she transferred back to the Milan office to focus on their growth in 2002 where she currently serves as the Branch Manager.

Shelly’s list of professional and community involvement includes her being the Gibson County Leader, active on the Growth Committee for the Milan Chamber of Commerce, and the Gibson County Committee for March of Dimes.  She is also involved with Relay for Life, Chambers in Gibson County and has received the Gibson County Leadership Award.

Outside of work and her many other activities, Shelly loves spending time with her family, riding 4-wheelers, working in her yard, shopping, and helping with her child’s activities.  Shelly and husband, Bradley, along with their child Kendelle, reside in Bradford, TN.

Tammie Patterson – Manchester, TN

Tammie Patterson is a 1996 graduate of Jackson State with a concentration in Business Management.  She joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1999 after working in several areas of management including budgets, profitability, accounting, payroll, conflict resolution, risk management, sales, service, AP/AR, and advertising. 

Tammie’s professional involvement stretches beyond her career with Hamilton-Ryker.  She is active in the Chamber of Commerce and the Shelbyville HR Association.  Her community involvement includes being Cascade Elementary PTO Vice President from 2004-2006, Cascade Elementary PTO President 2006, and Cheer Team Mom 2006.

Tammie’s personal interests range from reading, hiking, and being active with school events.  She married Jim Patterson in June of 1993 and is the proud mother of two children, Ryan 8 and Rachel 6.  She and her family reside in Wartrace, TN.

Teresa Barner – Corporate

Teresa has been a part of the Hamilton-Ryker team since 1989 when she began in a receptionist’s position.  Since then, she has been promoted to her current role as the Accounting Manager at our corporate office.

Outside of the office, Teresa spends time gardening and with her family.  Teresa and her husband Donnie have two sons, Josh and Cody, and one granddaughter, Emma.  She resides in Martin, TN.
