Wayne McCreight - CEO

Wayne McCreight is a 1967 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. degree in education and holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation. He is the CEO of The Hamilton-Ryker Company, a complete human resource company with corporate headquarters in Martin, Tennessee. Mr. McCreight started the company in 1971 and was joined in 1972 by Crawford Gallimore.

Mr. McCreight currently is the Vice Chairman of the Everett Stewart Regional Airport Board, a Director of the Methodist Healthcare Foundation Board and President Elect of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame. He has previously served as President of the Tennessee Business Roundtable, a business association comprised of chief executives of Tennessee's major businesses, President of the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants, Director of the National Association of Personnel Services and in 1991-92 was the Vice-president of the Tennessee Chapter of the National Association of Temporary Services. In 1992, Governor McWherter appointed him to serve on the Board of Directors of the State Worker's Compensation Insurance Fund and was reappointed to the board by Governor Sundquist in 1995.

Mr. McCreight has been active in various aspects of county government serving as Chairman of the City of Dresden Planning Commission and has 14 years past service as a Weakley County Commissioner. Additionally, he has been a high school football official since 1975, a NCAA football official since 1986 and since 1990, has been a referee in the Ohio Valley conference.

Mr. McCreight, who enjoys flying, hunting, and golf, is married to Diane McCreight. They have two sons, a grandson and a granddaughter. Wayne and Diane live on a farm raising registered Angus cattle.

Crawford Gallimore – CFO

Crawford Gallimore is the Chief Financial Officer of The Hamilton-Ryker Company. Mr. Gallimore received his BS in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Martin. In 1972, Mr. Gallimore joined Wayne McCreight in establishing The Hamilton-Ryker Company.

Mr. Gallimore was appointed to the Board of Trustees of The University of Tennessee in 2008 by Governor Phil Bredesen.  Mr. Gallimore is a past chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where he continues to serve on the Executive Committee.  He is also a former chairman of the Board of Directors of Volunteer Community Hospital. Mr. Gallimore is a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and is a Certified Personnel Consultant..

Mr. Gallimore is a Paul Harris Fellow and former president of the Martin Rotary Club.  He is a past president of the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce and has been a director of the Martin Industrial Board and Martin Economic Development Corporation. He has also served on the Dean's Advisory Council of the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Gallimore is an avid golfer and is married to Nancy Gallimore. They have two children and a grandson.

Kelly McCreight  - President

Kelly McCreight is the President of The Hamilton-Ryker Company. McCreight is a 1989 graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a B.S. in Accounting. Additionally, he served as a legislative intern on former Governor Ned McWherter’s staff immediately after college. McCreight joined Hamilton-Ryker in 1994  after working in public accounting for four years.

Kelly began his career with Hamilton-Ryker in the Nashville, TN office as a Staffing Coordinator and worked in Nashville as a Branch Manager and Vendor-on-Premise. Kelly also served as Hamilton-Ryker’s Vice President of Finance and was in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions and Accounting. Kelly’s current role is President of The Hamilton-Ryker Group and General Manager of their Outsourcing Division, PSG (Process Solutions Group). The PSG Division provides complete outsourcing solutions in the area of business services, warehousing, logistics and packaging.

Kelly is the past President of the Tennessee Staffing Association; the state association of staffing and personnel services, and is a current Board Member.  Kelly is a Certified Staffing Specialist and also a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Nashville Striders and a Board Member of the Nashville Triathlon Club. He enjoys competing in triathlons and has completed four Ironman Triathlons.

He and his wife, Angie, and their two children reside in Franklin, TN.
