The Workers' Compensation and Risk Certification (WRC, pronounced "work"), publicly recognizes companies who operate at the highest levels in regards to safety and risk management. Drawing influence from the ISO family of standards, this corporate designation offers certified companies leverage in underwriting negotiations, a role in public advocacy of the industry, and a competitive advantage in the staffing marketplace.

Hamilton-Ryker received our first certification in September 2006 from WRC and since renews our certification every year.
