The Hamilton-Ryker Group, LLC, has been evaluated by Risk Control Services and is hereby certified as best in class, as provisioned by the Workers’ Compensation Risk Certification, the WRC Advisory Council and the American Staffing Association.

WRC, pronounced, “work”, affirms operational excellence within the staffing industry pertaining to safety and risk management.   By obtaining this certification, Hamilton-Ryker has proven that it meets the standards established by this program and is committed to promote the development of voluntary workers’ compensation markets for the staffing industry and assist in public advocacy of the industry.  The WRC Certification is recognized by the American Staffing Association as a company’s commitment to operational excellence toward safety and risk management for its employees and clients.

“Operating our business to provide our clients and employees with the highest levels of safety and risk management has always been at the forefront of our operations.  Being one of the first staffing companies nationwide to obtain the WRC certification further demonstrates our commitment to quality control and operations relative to our clients and team members” said LaDona Russom, Human Resources and Risk Manager for the Hamilton-Ryker Company.

Hamilton-Ryker, celebrating its 35th Anniversary this year, operates some 20 offices in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and Washington, DC, and is one of the largest independent full-service contracting firms in the southeastern United States.
