Hamilton-Ryker has partnered with a manufacturing facility in Martin TN and is hiring for Line Assembly positions. You’ll want to be a part of this winning team!

Openings available:

• Mig Welders
• Robot Welding – NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Loaders – NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Schedule: 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm,
                  2nd shift Monday through Friday 3:30pm – 12:00am,
                  3rd shift Sunday through Thursday 9:30 – 6am,
                  
Overtime may be required!

Pay:
1st shift &13.50/hour – Mig Welders $14.74/hour
2nd shift $15.00/hour – Mig Welders $16.25/hour
3rd shift $15.00/hour – Mig Welders $16.25/hour

What you'll do: 

• Weld parts or Load Robot Machines to meet the customer’s satisfaction 
• Conform to all safety and quality requirements and procedures.
• Understand and practice correct procedures.
• Follow the schedule to ensure that shipments are on time and complete.
• Make all necessary repairs to the product.
• Keep work areas clean and organized by using good housekeeping practices
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process, and the quality system

What we need from you: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must comply with client’s substance abuse policy
• Train on-site, no experience needed for Loaders
• Must Communicate effectively
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive motions for a 10-hour shift
