  • Full-time, salaried position: Monday to Friday

  • Remote or hybrid work is available (must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours)


  • Manage multiple telecommunications projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor finances, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
  • Lead status meetings, address issues, and adjust plans to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and distribute close-out materials.
  • Resolve challenges and adapt to unforeseen obstacles and changes.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, embrace new technologies, and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and contractual compliance.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards.


  • Transitioning Service member, Veteran, or Military Spouse applicants preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, capable of passing an MVR check
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • In-depth knowledge of fiber optic network construction and deployment, including FTTX and Multi-Dwelling/Tenant Unit projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, manage time, and advance objectives without direct oversight.
  • Manage multiple projects, able to reprioritize as needs evolve.
  • Understand budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in telecommunications.
  • Interpret land surveys, construction plans, splicing schematics, and as-built drawings.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workplace, Google Earth, and GIS platforms)
