CRITICAL TASKS

  • Manage and maintain recruitment vendor contracts (with the assistance of the Director of Operations)
  • Measure the effectiveness of our recruitment vendor contracts on a monthly basis
  • Develop and perform effective recruitment strategies in order to maintain a consistent pool of available candidates per location
  • Develop and host monthly recruiting calls
  • Assist Human Resources, as needed, to fill internal staff positions
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of all divisions and services of Hamilton-Ryker
  • Conduct him- or herself and lead others in an ethical manner, at all times adhering to the policies and procedures as documented in the Standard Operations Manual.

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, and be on call when necessary.
  • Must be willing and able to perform all tasks as described in the Risk Management system.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to client facilities, Company offices, and vendor facilities.

 

CORE BACKGROUND

Education & Experience

  • Four-year college degree or four years related training and work experience.
  • Travel requirements: 25%-50% travel, depending on business needs
  • Experience recruiting from multiple job boards, utilizing different recruitment techniques
  • Experience posting on multiple job boards and measuring their effectiveness
  • Staffing Industry is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
