The HR co-op works with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand job performance specifications. In addition, the role will support the HR Business partners in access and segregation of duties as needed.
The HR co-op works with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand job performance specifications. In addition, the role will support the HR Business partners in access and segregation of duties as needed.
Key Deliverables:
Participate in developing and deploying any internal HR programs and process.
Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with management to fill their HR needs and ensure of progress towards achieving HR objectives.
- Helps with the administration of the internal job bid system for specified areas.
- Assists with training and recruitment documentation for Internal and External certification. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract quality candidates, including newspapers, web sites, trade journals, and other publications.
- Screen applicants for professional level positions.
- Schedule qualified candidates to meet with the hiring manager.
- Interacts with Business Partners to ensure training needs are being met and documented.
- Ensures that suitable recruiting records and statistics are kept.
- Tracks employment, training, and attrition statistics.
Education Level/Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
GPA of 3.0 (4.0) or better
