Refer a Friend

Know Anyone SOLID? Refer a friend to Hamilton- Ryker or Priority Personnel or Time Staffing and earn a bonus when they qualify.

Good workers know good workers. You know the people you want on your shift: the ones who show up ready, do their part, and look out for their teammates.

Our associate referral program makes it easy to connect people you trust with new work opportunities – AND earn a bonus for both of you when that referral turns into a successful placement.

What makes someone SOLID?

Someone you’d feel good putting your name behind.

  • Shows up ready
  • Owns their work
  • Looks out for others
  • Integrity first
  • Dependable when it count

The goal is simple: find good people, put them in good opportunities, and reward the people who help make it happen.

How It Works

  1. Send us their information. Fill out the short feral form on this page, letting us know who you are and telling us about your friend.
  2. We’ll reach out. Our team will confirm eligibility and connect with your friend about available opportunities.
  3. They get to work. Your friend completes the normal hiring process, starts an assignment, and works 80 safe hours.
  4. You both earn. Once your friend completes their required hours, eligible bonuses are approved and processed according to the program’s payment terms.

Bonuses

Between October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026, each successful placement earns:

  • $200 for you (the referrer)
  • $100 for your friend (the referral)

Have more than one person to refer? Submit them too!

There’s no limit to the number of eligible referrals you can submit. Fill out a new form for each person you’d like to refer.

Program Terms

Referral bonuses are subject to program eligibility and approval. Bonus amounts and eligibility vary based on active promotional periods. Referred associates must complete 80 safe hours before a bonus is earned. Additional terms apply.
