ESOP – Employee Stock Ownership Program
Hamilton-Ryker is an employee owned company. Hamilton-Ryker’s ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a retirement plan designed to hold company stock and provide employees and associates with benefits when they retire or leave the company. By law, our ESOP primarily invests in Hamilton-Ryker’s stock.

Associate Health Plan
Hamilton-Ryker provides all employees the ability to enroll in a health plan that meets the individual mandate requirements outlined in the Affordable Care Act.
By enrolling in the coverage, the employee will not be subject to tax penalty. As the employer of record, Hamilton-Ryker assumes liability for any and all ACA related charges or penalties assessed while on assignment.
Hamilton-Ryker’s medical insurance plan includes medical, dental, vision, life, short term disability, critical illness and accident. This plan is available immediately.
Weekly Payroll/Direct Deposit
Hamilton-Ryker will deposit associate paychecks directly into your check/savings account or pay card weekly.
