MUST be able to use a power nail gun for full size nails
MUST be able to use and read a tape measure.

**Overview**
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality application of foam materials. If you’re comfortable with manual labor, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you.
**Required Skills**
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Basic knowledge of gluing techniques and materials
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Experience with hot glue guns and rollers
* Familiarity with foam materials and their properties
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
* Experience with nail guns (specifically nail guns for foam or corrugated materials)
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience with manual labor and repetitive tasks
* Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment
* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
