What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
- Strong communication skills: talk, listen, and speak clearly
- Ability to bend and stoop during shifts
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment standards
- Basic understanding of safety regulations related to physical labor
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- Must adhere to client’s substance abuse policy
- Ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
- Must be able to work the scheduled first shift
