Laundromat Attendant

We’re looking for a dependable, friendly Laundromat Attendant to help keep a local laundromat clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. A steady work history is especially important for this role. The ideal candidate also has experience handling cash and serving customers, and enjoys helping people.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner

• Handle cash and customer payments accurately

• Keep the laundromat, machines, and customer areas clean and organized

• Help customers with basic questions about the machines and services

• Check the facility and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Assist with other daily tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• A reliable attendance record and a history of staying in previous jobs

• Previous cash-handling experience

• Previous customer service experience

• A friendly, patient, and respectful approach with customers

• The ability to work independently and keep the facility presentable
