HAMILTON-RYKER GROUP NAMES DEDRA WALKER PRESIDENT ON HER 35-YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Franklin, TN, September 1, 2021 – Hamilton-Ryker has promoted Dedra Walker, who has been with the company for 35 of those years, to President. In her role, she will be responsible for the success of Hamilton-Ryker’s Staffing division, which provides temporary, temp-to-perm and direct placement of industrial and clerical staff.
Walker began her career as a temporary employee and worked her way up into management roles, ultimately becoming Vice President. Her first assignment was as at the Martin, TN office, where she was hired directly by Hamilton-Ryker in the Accounting Department. She then began to take on management responsibilities and helped expand business in Mississippi. Her tenacity and expertise helped the company expand into new markets. Most recently, she has been overseeing staffing operations and providing leadership to the Hamilton-Ryker’s 17 branches and 8 recruiting offices.

She is equally adept at managing Operations because of her tenure in the staffing industry and with Hamilton-Ryker. Her leadership and management expertise has ensured that Hamilton-Ryker is able to stay ahead of emerging changes in Staffing policies and laws, information and accounting systems, and business processes.
