Job Title: Customer Business Specialist

Location: Nicholasville, KY

Shifts: 1st shift Monday through Friday  8:00am – 5:00pm 

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 Based on Experience
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Business Specialist to join a leading electronics manufacturing company in Nicholasville, KY. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Customer Service team by managing customer communications, processing orders, maintaining reports, and ensuring accurate administrative support.

What you'll do: 

  • Manage email correspondence with internal teams and external customers.
  • Confirmation of orders to customers
  • Process and enter detailed customer orders accurately
  • Perform electronic and paper filing
  • Responsible for updating and preparing multiple reports and spreadsheets
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Serve as a resource to other departments when they are in need of information
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to support issues that arise
  • Participate in projects as needed and provide a balanced focus on customer service
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and fellow employees
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What we need from you: 

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must comply with client's substance abuse and background policy
  • Must have High school Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years Administrative Experience 
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Communication proficiency, enthusiasm for teamwork, initiative
  • Logical thinker, quick study, organized and able to enjoy working with people, communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work well within a team
