Job Title: Assembly/Production Operator
Location: Nicholasville, KY
Shifts: 1st shift Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm
Possible OT on Friday depending on business needs.
Pay Rate: $15.00
We're seeking detail-oriented Assembly/Production Operators to join a leading electronics manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, test, and produce a variety of electronic products, including circuit boards, locks, battery chargers, freezers, and other electronic components.

What you'll do:
- Assembly of electronic components and circuit boards according to work instructions.
- Operating drills and equipment assigned to finish product according to specifications
- Use hand tools safely
- Communicating with ream regarding any concerns, discrepancies and improvement ideas
- Quality Inspecting to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
- Test electronic products as required.
- High attention to detail
- Work in a temperature controlled environment
- May require sitting the majority of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following established procedures.
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must comply with client's substance abuse and background policy
- Must have High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have 1 year of previous manufacturing or industrial experience
- Prior assembly/production experience preferred, but not required
- Must have stable work history in the last 7 – 10 years
- Requires a keen eye for detail
- High level of dexterity required for assembling
