Recycled Materials Processor – C Shift
Join our dynamic team as a Recycled Materials Processor – C Shift, where you’ll play a vital role in transforming recycled materials into high-quality products. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to sustainable manufacturing operations, ensure material quality, and meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate tow motors safely
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or manufacturing systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Physical stamina to work in noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable conditions
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pelletizing or extrusion processes
- Basic knowledge of PVC and non-PVC materials segregation
- Previous experience in recycling or plastics manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior manufacturing or materials handling experience preferred
- Experience in a similar recycling or extrusion environment is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
- Compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
