We are seeking a dedicated Pulverizer Operator for our C Shift to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our pulverizing processes. In this critical role, you'll operate, monitor, and support equipment that directly impacts product quality, safety, and production flow. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain our standards of excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Valid Power Industrial Truck certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- Recycling or manufacturing experience
- Troubleshooting and quality control knowledge
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Prior recycling experience highly valued
- Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems
Other Requirements:
- Must adhere to safety protocols, wear PPE, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ability to work in noisy, dusty environments with temperature variations
