Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing and safety? Time Staffing is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Machine Operator to ensure smooth and efficient operations at a leading company. In this vital role, you'll operate and maintain machinery, uphold safety standards, and contribute to high-quality outputs, all during the overnight hours.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand, walk, and lift over 40 lbs.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to pass a basic math assessment
- Ability to perform machine resets, offsets, and quality verifications
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with autonomous maintenance, safety alerts, and change management
- Familiarity with running master’s and red rabbits
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Commitment to safety and environmental policies
- Corrected vision and hearing necessary for optimal operation
