Administrative Assistant
Priority Personnel is hiring a Part Time Admin Assistant for a company located in San Marcos, TX.
Pay rate: $15-20/hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/9am-3pm
Responsibilities and required/requested qualifications:
- Proficient in typing
- Experience with standard office equipment, i.e. troubleshooting printers if needed.
- Ordering office/kitchen/bathroom supplies as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook for email)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus
- Working knowledge of software such as Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, etc…
- Ability to take direction, understand instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Not afraid to ask questions or ask for help if needed.
- Able to clearly and professionally communicate, both verbally and written, in English
- (Spanish a plus). Will answer and make phone calls, take messages and manage voicemail.
- Attention to detail (minimal errors) – will perform data entry from vendor material documents, and other documentation as needed.
- Demonstrates good organizational skills. Will be responsible for filing some documents in folders on dropbox, and filing other hard copies in file folders.
- Has knowledge of general business document formatting and procedures. will be assisting sales team in filling out bid documents.
- Basic geographical knowledge for marketing; researching and compiling potential business prospects, typing professional email correspondence, Assembling marketing materials.
- Comfortable with change, as clerical tasks will evolve and change over time.
- A plus – Has a creative side and is familiar with AI programs. Willing to work with AI on the company website to make changes. Also putting together communications for social media
