We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Utility to support our production and logistics teams. In this essential role, you will operate a forklift and perform various material handling tasks to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Ability to operate a forklift (prior experience preferred but not required)
- Experience in shipping/receiving is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong focus and situational awareness
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior forklift certification
- Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting ability
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior material handling or logistics experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 8-12 hours daily
- Physical capability to handle pallets and skids
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
