Production Associate
Priority Personnel is hiring Production Associates for a company located in North East San Antonio, TX.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/6:00am-3:00pm
Pay rate: $16.50/hour
Job Duties:
- Move, deliver, stage, and replenish parts and materials throughout production and warehouse areas.
- Run parts and materials between departments to support production needs.
- Break down pallets, boxes, and packaging materials.
- Remove trash, cardboard, scrap, and debris and help maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts, stock counts, and organizing materials.
- Assist with kitting, boxing, packaging, palletizing, and other general production tasks.
- Provide additional support in Assembly and Shipping/Receiving as needed.
- Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and material movement.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
- Cross-train in additional production, assembly, inventory, and shipping/receiving functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
- Flexible and willing to work wherever support is needed.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, assembly, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry materials
