Are you a seasoned manufacturing professional with a passion for leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee a dynamic team of 15–20 employees in a fast-paced, union manufacturing environment. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining high standards in quality and productivity, all during the overnight weekend shift.
Key skills include prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, union environment familiarity, forklift operation, and the ability to operate a calendar machine. Strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential to drive success and motivate your team. Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and overtime as necessary is a must.
Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in manufacturing leadership, union settings, and a solid understanding of safety protocols. While a specific educational background isn't mandatory, relevant experience and certifications are highly valued.
