Bagger – 1st Shift – Production
Become a key player in our fast-paced manufacturing environment as a Bagger, where your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact our ability to deliver quality products on time. This essential role involves ensuring kits are properly bagged, sealed, and prepared for shipment, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking motivated individuals who:
- Possess strong attention to detail to accurately bag and seal products according to standard procedures.
- Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination to perform repetitive tasks swiftly and precisely.
- Are capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and focus throughout the shift.
- Can interpret production orders and understand basic visual quality checks to identify non-conforming kits.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills for order verification and calculations.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with visual quality inspections or working in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety standards.
- Ability to track downtime and communicate effectively with team leads.
This role requires physical stamina, including:
- Standing, walking, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs using proper techniques.
