In this role, you'll operate basic productivity equipment, move materials between workstations, and assist fellow operators with loading and unloading. You'll assemble and pack products, load and unload machines and conveyors, and keep accurate counts of production parts. Conducting simple quality inspections and maintaining a clean, orderly work area are key parts of the job. You'll also read measurement tools like tape measures and micrometers, perform minor repairs or rework, and help with minor set-up adjustments and preventative maintenance—all under close supervision.
Ideal candidates will have good attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring instruments are helpful. While previous experience is not required, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
