ESOP – Employee Stock Option Program
Hamilton-Ryker is an employee owned company. Hamilton-Ryker’s ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a retirement plan designed to hold company stock and provide employees and associates with benefits when they retire or leave the company. By law, our ESOP primarily invests in Hamilton-Ryker’s stock.

Vacation Pay/Paid Holidays
Available and varies per assignment.

Associate Health Plan
Hamilton-Ryker provides all employees the ability to enroll in a health plan that meets the individual mandate requirements outlined in the Affordable Care Act.

By enrolling in the coverage, the employee will not be subject to tax penalty. As the employer of record, Hamilton-Ryker assumes liability for any and all ACA related charges or penalties assessed while on assignment.

Hamilton-Ryker’s medical insurance plan includes medical, dental, vision, life, short term disability, critical illness and accident. This plan is available immediately.

Weekly Payroll/Direct Deposit
Hamilton-Ryker will deposit associate paychecks directly into your check/savings account or pay card weekly.

Referral Bonus
A referral bonus is paid to each associate referring qualified applicants who become new Hamilton-Ryker team members. Call your local Hamilton-Ryker office with any questions.

401(k) Plan

How do I apply for a job with Hamilton-Ryker?
To register with Hamilton-Ryker and to be entered into our system as an available job seeker, eager and available for work, we invite you to “Apply Now” with Hamilton-Ryker (at the top of this page). This will create a user profile for yourself with login credentials. Your profile will include your contact information, pre-application answers, past job experience and availability. This will allow us to contact you for available positions in your area. Please feel free to come into any of our walk in office locations to apply in person with Hamilton-Ryker.

Is there a cost for being placed with Hamilton-Ryker?
No. Hamilton-Ryker works on your behalf to place you with our clients at no charge to you.

What types of positions are available to me?
Hamilton-Ryker staffs for administrative and industrial positions. More information may be found on this page under “Types of Jobs”. We offer permanent, temporary, and temporary to permanent employment opportunities for a wide range of skill sets in Administrative, Light Industrial and Information Technology industries.

What is the job placement process?
We remain alert to job opportunities in all areas we service both immediate and future hiring needs. If your skills and your interests fit the types of positions we place, we’ll invite you to go through different screening steps, including a thorough interview. What do I need to do after I submitted my resume or applied for a job?
Hamilton-Ryker’s highest priority is to put talented people like you to work. If your skills are a match for our client’s needs, your Hamilton-Ryker representative will contact you about next steps. In the meantime, you can continue to browse our Job Board section for current opportunities. If there’s any update on your experience, contact information, job seeking intention, etc., please login to your account (under Associates, on this website) and update with the most current information so that we may place you on the most suitable assignments.

Does Hamilton-Ryker continue to support me after I start an assignment?
If you’re on an assignment as a Hamilton-Ryker associate, then yes, while your supervisor at the work site is your resource for daily work-related questions, Hamilton-Ryker is your employer and is available to support you if you have any questions or concerns that are HR related. If you’ve been hired for a permanent position through Hamilton-Ryker, we’ll support you for 90 days while you transition into your job with your new employer. After that, you should speak with your direct supervisor if you have any questions or concerns.

What do I do when I finish an assignment?
Your Hamilton-Ryker representative will be aware of your status, and will continuously work to place you on a new assignment. Please let us know if there is any change in your availability, and remember to login in to your account (under Associates, on this website) to keep the most current contact information, recent job experience and any new skills you’ve gained. You can also browse our Job Board section for current opportunities.

How often will I be paid?
Hamilton-Ryker offers weekly direct deposit into your checking/savings account or pay card. Hamilton-Ryker will offer you a pay card when you start an assignment with our company.
