What types of positions are available to me?

What is the job placement process?
We remain alert to job opportunities in all areas we service – both immediate and future hiring needs. If your skills and your interests fit the types of positions we place, we’ll invite you to go through different screening steps, including a thorough interview. This information helps us better match you to companies that seek your skills and background and opportunities that fit your career goals. Once we find an assignment for you, we’ll make certain you’re thoroughly prepared for on the job success. You can also search for jobs yourself on our website on our Job Board.
I’ve been placed on an assignment, what happens next?
Once you’ve been placed on assignment with Hamilton-Ryker, your Hamilton-Ryker representative will provide you with required paperwork, including direct deposit and IRS forms, as well as information on your employer, a job description and a copy of the Associate Guide, which includes information on Hamilton-Ryker’s benefits, policies and procedures.
What should I bring with me on my first day of assignment?
Please bring information on your new assignment including the contact person/manager you are to report to, your job description and a copy of Hamilton Ryker’s Associate Guide. Do not bring direct deposit or IRS forms with you. These forms should be provided directly to your Hamilton-Ryker representative.
What if I have questions about my assignment?
First, be sure you’ve read, and are comfortable with, the job description provided to you, as well as the policies and procedures outlined in the Associate Guide. If you still have any questions prior to or during your assignment, please contact your Hamilton-Ryker representative.
When do I get paid?
Hamilton-Ryker’s weekly payday is Thursday. For your convenience, we offer complimentary direct deposit payment into your checking or savings account, which ensures prompt payment and saves you valuable time. We also offer pay cards to those who do not have a checking/savings account and direct deposit will be paid weekly to the pay card.
What if I need to cancel my assignment?
If there’s any reason you can’t show up to work or need to cancel your assignment, please promptly contact the Hamilton-Ryker office who placed you on assignment and speak to them in person or leave a voicemail message. Call-in procedures were given to you during orientation.
What benefits am I eligible for?

Does Hamilton-Ryker continue to support me after I start an assignment?
Yes. While your supervisor at the work site is your resource for daily work-related questions, Hamilton-Ryker is your employer and is available to support you if you have any questions or concerns that are related to human resources.
Who do I contact if I have human resources questions or concerns?
Hamilton-Ryker cares about our associates. If you have a human resources question, please contact your Hamilton-Ryker representative. If you feel that your question or concern should be directed to our corporate office, please contact (877) 795-3746 or email email@example.com, and the HR Manager or Director will respond to your email promptly. Please remember if your question or concern involves you not showing up for an assignment, those calls should be directed to the Hamilton-Ryker office who placed you on that assignment.
What do I do when I finish an assignment?
Your Hamilton-Ryker representative will be aware of your status, and will continuously work to place you on a new assignment. Please let us know if there is any change in your availability, and remember to login in to your account (under Associates, on this website) to keep the most current contact information, recent job experience and any new skills you’ve gained. You can also browse our Job Board section for current opportunities.
How do I refer people I know to Hamilton-Ryker?
We greatly value your help in referring talented individuals to become Hamilton-Ryker associates. In some areas, there are opportunities to receive a referral bonus. Information on Hamilton-Ryker’s referral program will be provided to you in your orientation materials. Call your local Hamilton-Ryker office with any questions.
How do I apply for a new assignment online?
If you’ve found a job you are interested in on Hamilton-Ryker’s Job Board, click the “Apply Now” button and apply for the position. If the opportunity is a good fit for you, a Hamilton-Ryker representative will contact you to discuss next steps, which may include a face-to-face interview.
