3rd shift Material Handler/Sit down Forklift Operator
Do you have sit-down forklift experience?
We are seeking for qualified candidates for a Material Handler/Forklift driver position in Frankfort, KY. This is a temp to hire position with a fast-paced manufacturing company that makes wire shelving.
Hours: 3rd shift Sun – Thur 8:00pm – 6:30am (10hr shifts)
Pay: $20.50
**Did we mention that this position is currently paying DOUBLE TIME for ANY Overtime hours worked! ***
What you'll do:
- Operating sit-down forklift
- Delivering work in process and raw materials to multiple production lines
- Ensure manufacturing equipment does not shut down for lack of supply.
- Material handling in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Manually wrapping and stacking pallets
- Will be on and off the forklift several times throughout the shift.
What we need from you:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Comply with client's substance abuse policy
- Have a recent steady work history
- Must have 2 years recent Sit-down forklift experience
- Able to pass a math, measuring and mechanical comprehension test
- Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs. repetitively
