Job Title: Laminator Slitter 2nd Shift – Ashland
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laminator Slitter Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift in Ashland. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered with the best efficiency and lowest scrap possible.
As a Laminator Slitter Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining the laminator and slitter to meet product specifications
- Conducting quality testing and reporting any defects
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assisting in the training of other personnel
- Maintaining forklift certification and accurately completing documentation
We're looking for someone with:
- A High School Diploma and/or secondary or technical schooling in mechanics, engineering, or manufacturing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in lamination or plastics
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications and execute daily work
- Proficient computer skills and machine interface experience
