Priority Personnel is seeking a Part Time Admin Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Lockhart, TX.  

Pay rate: $15.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/10:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-3:00pm with a 30 min lunch

Job Duties/Requirements:

  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • AP/Freight invoicing
  • Coil and accessory material check-in
  • Helping with accessories and coil stock in the plant
  • Answering phones
  • General administrative duties like printing labels and organizing files
  • Will be heavily involved in audit process and will be in charge of updating slide shows, Smartsheets, and keeping track of many important safety, training and QA projects.  
  • Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel is necessary. 
  • Some of their time will be spent in the plant but the majority will be in the office.
  • Steel toed shoes required
