Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join their production team in Sandusky County. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, managing mail and email, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Scheduling & coordination: arranging meetings, appointments, travel, and events for staff and visitors
- Data Management: entering, updating, and retrieving data using various office software, as well as maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Communication: serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, relaying messages, and acting as a liaison between departments
- Production & manufacturing support: data entry, inventory management, safety and compliance, and maintenance support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Administrative skills: proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and record-keeping
- Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization: exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability: ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Education: High school diploma or GED required, with an Associate's degree or relevant certification a plus.
