Required Skills:
- Forklift operation certification and experience
- Ability to operate forklifts, clamps, and attachments safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of WMS and KOS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in warehouse conditions with dust, noise, and temperature variations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in inventory management
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety procedures
- Previous work in food-grade warehouse environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age (21+ for Covington candidates)
- Prior warehouse or industrial truck experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Valid forklift or industrial truck certification
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Proper PPE and adherence to safety and food safety standards as applicable
