Admin Assistant
Priority Personnel is hiring a Part Time, Bilingual Admin Assistant for a real estate company located in San Marcos, TX. This employee will assist with billing, accounting and payroll.
Pay rate: $20.00/hour
Work Schedule: Part-time (9:00am – 2:00pm) Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week working from the office
Job Duties:
- Support in managing and reviewing property maintenance expenses.
- Assist with vendor and service invoice payments.
- Support in rent collection review and follow-up.
- Deliver and gather banking, financial, and accounting information.
- Perform general review of financial statements and basic reports.
- Follow up on payroll processes through ADP.
- Assist in organizing agendas, coordinating meetings, and preparing executive visits.
- Draft, organize, and archive administrative documents,
- Handle correspondence (physical and digital) and follow up on administrative procedures.
- Answer phone calls, coordinate courier services, and communicate with vendors.
- Control and monitor petty cash expenses.
- Update and safeguard administrative records and files.
Requirements
- Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at an intermediate level preferred).
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing and/or administrative systems (preferred).
- Experience supporting payroll or accounting review is a plus.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
