We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Defiance. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Check in for job orders and inspect equipment to ensure readiness for operation
* Verify counts of incoming product and ensure outbound shipments are damage-free
* Load, unload, and place product in proper storage bays
* Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing propane tanks and batteries
* Comply with OSHA standards and use safety equipment as required
**What We're Looking For:**
* Previous forklift experience
* Ability to follow all safety procedures and operate equipment efficiently
* Knowledge of WMS and KOS systems
* Effective communication skills with supervisors and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
