Job Title: Mig Welder
Location: Frankfort KY
Shift: 1st Monday – Friday 6:30am – 5:00pm (10hr shifts)
Pay: $20.00
DOUBLE TIME PAY FOR ANY OVERTIME HOURS WORKED!
What you'll do:
As a Mig Welder, you will be instrumental in fabricating durable, heavy-gauge steel components for wire shelving and racking systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Perform Mig welding on fabricated metal products
- Meeting and/or exceeding established production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Regularly requires heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
- Standing for long periods
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
- 2 years RECENT Mig welding experience in a metal fabrication environment with heavy gauge steel required
- 5 years previous steady work history
- Must be able to pass an assessment Test: Tape measure reading, math and mechanical comprehension
