As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in assembling pumps on larger grinder pumps, working efficiently to meet the demands of our fast-paced production line. Required Skills
- Ability to strip wires and attach them to panels with precision
- Experience with pump assembly, preferably on larger grinder pumps
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver using a hoist

- Experience with assembly line production
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have Mechanical Skills

Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in pump assembly preferred

Other Requirements
- Ability to work a 7:30am – 3:30pm shift, Monday through Friday
- ½ hour lunch break and 1 10-minute break per shift
