We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and contributing to our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain complex machinery during designated shifts, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and meet production goals
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a machine operating or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license (not required but preferred)
