Join Our Team: 3rd Shift Press Assembly Operator – Upper
We're looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Press Assembly Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling and fabricating products, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. You'll also be responsible for visually inspecting parts, ensuring proper packaging, and completing production reporting forms.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 26 lbs. (sometimes overhead)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow company directives
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with quality control processes
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FDA requirements
- Basic math skills for measuring and labeling parts
