We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bag Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. As a key member of our production floor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bag lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving productivity.
As a Bag Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the bag lines to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Your duties will include:
*Operating and maintaining bag machines and supporting equipment according to product specifications
*Troubleshooting and making repairs as directed
*Supplying raw materials to the production floor, packing finished goods, and lifting boxes of materials
*Ensuring quality standards are upheld and reporting suspect or defective products
*Assisting with printing and supplying correct parts labels
*Making tape splices at the bag machine packing station
We're looking for someone with:
*High School Diploma
*Experience in manufacturing preferred
*Ability to read measuring tapes and product specifications with mechanical aptitude
*Proficient computer skills
