Overview
Time Staffing has a direct hire opportunity for a Balancer Heavy Assembler, where you'll play a critical role in assembling and balancing gate systems. As a key member of the production team, you'll utilize your technical expertise to fabricate parts and components and assemble mechanical units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble gate systems using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
* Utilize jigs, cranes, welding and hand tools to assemble gates.
* Troubleshoot and adjust settings for optimal performance.
* Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
* Proven ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions.
* Proficient in electronic testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience with overhead cranes, welding and assembly.
* Familiarity with electronic measuring devices and control systems.
* Welding and fabrication techniques.
Preferred Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
* 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
Other Requirements
* Must wear safety glasses with side shields and safety shoes when working on the production floor.
* Ability to lift and move heavy components and equipment as required.
