Blow Mold Operator 1st Shift
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Blow Mold Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. As a Blow Mold Operator, you'll be responsible for operating our blowmold machine to produce parts that meet our strict quality standards. Your duties will include loading and unloading hoppers, performing quality checks, and tracking your production quotas to ensure we meet our daily targets. **Required Skills**
* Ability to operate a blowmold machine safely and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills to track production quotas and meet daily targets
* Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Previous experience operating a blowmold machine or similar equipment
* Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
* Experience working in a production environment with a focus on precision and quality
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial technology) an asset
* 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a manufacturing or manufacturing-related field
**Other Requirements**
* Ability to work in a clean and safe environment; must follow all safety protocols and procedures
* Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g. forklift operation)
