**Overview**
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Blow Mold Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for operating our blow mold machine, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production quotas. **Required Skills**
* Ability to safely operate a blow mold machine
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Ability to work efficiently and meet production quotas
* Basic math skills for tracking production and inventory
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Experience with blow mold machines or similar manufacturing equipment
* Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
* Familiarity with inventory management and tracking systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
**Other Requirements**
* Ability to work 2nd shift (evenings and weekends) and overtime as needed
* Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all company policies and procedures
