Overview
As a Clerical, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing files, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also be required to move files from one system to another, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Excellent Excel skills, including data entry and manipulation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with file management and organization
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in an HR or similar department
