Customer Service Sales Insurance Agent
Priority Personnel is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent – Property and Casualty Customer Service & Sales for a dealership located in San Marcos, TX.
Pay rate: $20.00-40.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Duties:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes, and insurance reviews
- Assist with endorsements, policy renewals, and retention efforts
- Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
- Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
- Educate clients on available coverage options and updates
Requirements:

- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must demonstrate a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
