Priority Personnel is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent – Property and Casualty Customer Service & Sales for a dealership located in San Marcos, TX.

Pay rate: $20.00-40.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes, and insurance reviews
  • Assist with endorsements, policy renewals, and retention efforts
  • Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
  • Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

  • Highly self-motivated with a “go the extra mile” attitude
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
  • Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
