Job Title: Filing & Records Organization Specialist
Location: Georgetown KY
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm and Friday 8am – 12:00pm ( 35 Hours a week)
Payrate: $20.00
What you will be doing:
- Organize, label, and maintain tenant files for all Public Housing units.
- Audit existing files for missing or outdated documentation (leases, income verifications, inspection reports, etc.).
- Ensure records comply with HUD, PHI, and PII confidentiality standards.
- Create and maintain a consistent filing system for both physical and electronic records.
- Prepare files for audits, inspections, and HUD reviews.
- Coordinate with property management, compliance, and administrative teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Safely dispose of outdated files per retention policies.
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or over
- Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
- Must have Valid DL
- Must have Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
- Must have experience in filing, records management & administrative support
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and or electronic document management systems.
