Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Ashland, OH
Pay: $20-$21 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will be handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes for pumping equipment, processing orders, and providing excellent support via phone and email.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails requesting quotes
- Look up pricing and prepare accurate quotes
- Enter customer orders into the system accurately
- Track and expedite orders as needed
- Follow up with customers on order status
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- Prefer customer service experience be in a manufacturing setting
- Inside sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning internal software systems
