MIG & TIG Welder – 1st Shift

**Required Skills**

* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
* Strong understanding of welding techniques, including arc length control, shielding gas management, and post-weld inspection
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
* Basic knowledge of metal fabrication principles and practices

**Nice to Have Skills**

* Experience with stainless steel welding and fabrication
* Familiarity with CNC machining and fabrication software
* Certification in welding inspection and testing (e.g. AWS, ASME)

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in welding or a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding, with a strong track record of producing high-quality work

**Other Requirements**

* Ability to work a regular 1st shift schedule (7am-3:30pm) with overtime as needed
* Must be able to pass a welding test and background check
